ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES
(October 2017 – September 2018):
There are no seasonal memberships.
All players must commit to annual membership
2017-2018 Player Membership Fees include:
- Membership to one of the Duke’s-Twist Division Lacrosse Teams
- Fall / Summer team practice and training sessions with optional Winter Skill-Set training
- New Summer Team Uniform (Team Jersey / Pinny, Team Shorts)
- Youth Players will receive 2 additional evening skill set clinics in June with HS and Clinic Coaches
- Disposable items such as Balls, Medical Supplies etc…
- Coach(s) for practices, leagues and/or tournaments
- High School Players: On-Line Active Player Recruiting Profile
- Club recruiting guidance and program reference
MEMBERSHIP FEES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Tournament, camps /summer tournament packages, showcases, clinics, equipment, travel, lodging, food, or drinks
$50 – ONLINE TRY-OUT FEE ($75 Walkup Registration)
1YR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
$699 – High School (2019, 2020 ,2021)
$525 – Youth 2022/ 2023
$499 – Youth 2024 / 2025
BUDGET FOR CLUB FEES, TOURNAMENT/CAMP FEES, TRAVEL
MEMBERSHIP, TOURNAMENTS, TRAVEL/HOTEL EXPENSES:
Families should budget approx:
$800 – $1,500+ / player annually for Youth
$1,500 – $2,500+ / player annually for HS
FALL/WINTER: TOURNAMENTS ARE OPTIONAL
All Summer Tournament Packages are Prepaid and Mandatory
SUMMER (JUNE-JULY) IS OUR “IN SEASON”
Duke’s-Twist Division encourages players to participate in other sports in the off-season. However, summer club lacrosse is a team sport, which requires every player to commit to all of the scheduled summer tournaments
It is advised for HS players not to schedule vacation during June & July. 90% of all college recruiting is done during this time.
Summer Tournaments are purchased as a complete team package
Payment for summer tournament PACKAGE is required.
WE DO NOT “piece-meal” or pro-rate a package for any missed tournament(s)!
Duke’s-Twist Division Lacrosse abides by the cancellation/refund policies set by the individual tournaments and camps.
(Refunds/Credits for cancelled Tournaments and Camps because of weather/ acts of god maybe partial or no refund)
All summer tournament fees will be due by April 30th, 2018
Some HS Level Duke’s-Twist Div Lacrosse teams may also be required to attend Team Camps. Payment and registration for these camps will be on an individual basis and directly with the Camp entity itself and are not included in the Twist Team Tournament Package.
CAMP DEPOSITS WILL BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO ISSUING SUMMER UNIFORMS
(i.e. MVP, Hot Beds, UA Shoot Out, , Baltimore Kick Off, etc)
PLAYING FOR CLUB/TEAMS OUTSIDE OF TWIST LACROSSE
DUKE’S-TWIST DIVISION FIRST POLICY / SUMMER (June-July)
Elite level club lacrosse is a highly competitive TEAM activity that requires commitment, dedication and loyalty. Every Duke’s-Twist Div player is considered an integral part of their team. Duke’s-Twist DIv Lacrosse now has adopted a firm “no tolerance policy” for players who play for more than one club team. All Twist division Lacrosse summer activities including: practices, scrimmages, games, tournaments and camps will supersede any other lacrosse club, team, All-Star team(s) or organized activity. Missing a Duke’s TD team activity to participate or be on the roster with any other lacrosse activity without prior written authorization from the director will result in the immediate loss of membership from Duke’s-Twist Divison Lacrosse and forfeiture of any and all fees, including: membership, tournament, camp etc.
Duke’s-Twist Division Lacrosse runs a very aggressive summer schedule and because of this we do not recommend playing for more than one club team.
ALL MEMBERSHIP, TOURNAMENT & CAMP FEES MUST BE PAID ON TIME
Players will not receive a uniform or be permitted to participate in any practice, tournament, camp or league until ALL fees/packages have been paid in full. No Exceptions.
All players must be members in good standing with the U.S. Lacrosse organization.
All players are required to have, and are responsible to maintain their own Health Care Insurance.
ALL APPLICATION, TRYOUT, MEMBERSHIP, LEAGUE, TOURNAMENT AND OTHER FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. INCLUDING INJURY
